Booking your session

 If you would like to enquire about booking in for a session the you are welcome to drop me an email or use the contact me form . There is also a Discovery call slot in which you can book in and we can have a quick chat to find out if we might be right for you or to answer any questions you may have. This isn't going to be a therapeutic based chat as such, but you're welcome to explain some of the reasons you might be wanting the sessions for.

The sessions are £60 per hour with you able to have the full hour of session rather than the 50 minutes often offered out, with the first session allowing for some extra time at the end to answer questions or go through some of the administrative aspects. Such as frequency between sessions etc. This also means that if you end up a little lost or running late to the first session its no impact. 

If you're happy to go ahead after that then a link will be sent out for you to book your first session, this will have quite a few questions on it to answer. You DO NOT have to answer them while booking in, as you can edit them and answer from your confirmation email, but they will needed to be answered before first sessions as well as the therapeutic agreement read and agreed to. Please note that your session needs to be paid for within 24 hours of booking via bank transfer, if this method is a problem feel free to enquire about alternatives methods of payment. 

For follow up sessions these are normally booked and agreed at the end of the first session if you're doing a reoccurring session every week, or fortnight etc. However, if you're trying to fit sessions in and  around work and can't commit to a specific slot. Then i can happily send you a link to book follow up sessions yourself via the booking system. 

There is always a few minute at the end of sessions for any administrative questions/issues, as i don't have back to back appointments. But generally these are normally discussed over emails between sessions
